Mediation is a new legal procedure in Greece, that entails negotiation between two or more parties, assisted by a third party, the mediator, to jointly find an out-of-court solution, to avoid the time consuming, expensive process of litigation and finally have all parties a win-win solution.

In other words, with a specially trained expert, the parties are guided to a decision to a solution of their dispute. Once signed, their decision is binding on the parties and is enforceable in accordance with the Hellenic Code of Civil Procedure with the compulsory enforcement of judgement decisions. All private law disputes can be brought to mediation, except cases, where it is not possible to seek recourse to mediation, and a court judgement is necessary to be issued.

Our Law Office was established in 2009 when the two partners decided to combine their independent legal activities. Within a short time period, the office has developed significantly, taking up successfully major cases within the whole territory of the country and abroad.
